When the Amazon box arrived I was a bit doubtful as it didn't seem very heavy, or rather not heavy enough for a quality item. The carton inside was the lamp, a little power supply (the sort desktop calculators used to have) 4 screws and a screw driver. The stem of the lamp simply plugs together with the power lead pre-threaded through the profile tubes. It's just a case of lining a couple of holes up and inserting the screws (only two are needed). When assembled and clamped to the edge of the table (there is almost no over-hang to the rear) the structure is surprisingly robust. In the attached picture below that crafting mat is A1 size so it provides an excellent spread of light. With the different colours from warm white through to cool white and brightness settings too this is an excellent product. Recommended.

This desk light is excellent. It took me about 60 seconds to put together; just really 2 steps - line up 2 parts of the lamp and screw in (a small screwdriver and screws are included). Perfect for those who want minimalistic design - takes up literally 2 square inches on the top of the desk where it is clamped. It is bright, with 5 levels of brightness settings, and 5 different shades of colour for the light (ranging from white to more yellow). The top half of the lamp can be moved in any direction (with the gooseneck feature) to get it in the right spot for you. Very satisfied!

Light output is good. Wide spread as you can adjust the angle and position that the arms can be pushed out to. Either both lamp parts together or outwards to make a T shape . Light pattern,distribution and color selection is brilliant . Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the look of the lamp!! It caught my eye instantly as I was scrolling through products. It's easy to assemble, just pull the power cord through the hole to allow you to connect the top and bottom half of the light together. Insert a small screw to connect the light to the flexing rod and a small screw to connect the top rod to the bottom. Now just tighten the clamp on to the edge of your desk and you're done. It has several buttons (power, brightness, color temperature, and timer). It has 5 different brightness settings. If you leave the light on the brightest setting it could generate some significant heat. According to the manual it can get as hot as 120°F. I likely won't have it on the brightest setting very often so that's not an issue for me. This light also has 5 color variants, which are cool white, warm white and 3 mixes of the two. There's a timer switch that, if you press it, it will start a timer and shut the light off after about 30 or so minutes. I love the flexibility of the "neck" of the light. You can almost bend it in any possible direction and it will stay. This light can really modernize the look of your work station or desk. Highly recommended!
